Machine Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Install and repair machine tools such as drill presses, small milling and hobbing machines, small lathes and bench tools, small punch presses, molding machines, power hoists, sand mixers, transfers and conveyor equipment, tumblers, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair machines in a timely manner to get them back in production.
Work from instructions, drawings and specifications
use a variety of precision measuring instruments
Requires knowledge of machining practices, equipment design and function
document all maintenance in appropriate computer system
