Machine Adjuster
Machine Adjuster - 1st shift - 6am-230pm w/ OT on SAT.
Summary:
The adjuster is responsible for the machine adjustments in the unit, to perform all necessary preventive maintenance routines and to coordinate all activities with other team members.
Principle Duties:Maintain machine settings at recommended tolerance levels, Monitor all instruments, gauges, fluid levels, Daily preventive maintenance such as oiling, parts inspection and replacement, Perform minor machine maintenance repairs and contact maintenance personnel to fix bigger problems, Monitor machine production and clearing any jams or debris, load machines with component parts, must know how to use hand tools.Will learn all jobs in training, such as packer, quality, adjustments and sets ups. if machine stops they help fix it, clearing jams and debris, need mechanical thought process of how to set up machine for the custom product that needs to be delivered.
Requirements for this position: Knowledge of all duties and requirements of all positions, packer, quality, adjustments and set ups, Demonstrated mechanical ability and aptitude
