MACHINING and ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR – 3rd shift

You will oversee and direct a light machining and mechanical assembly operation.  You will, train new workers, assign work, and monitor workflow.  You will insure that company standards and safety practices are enforced.

 

MUST requirements include an Associate’s degree (AAS) in a technical discipline, 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high volume mechanical assembly environment and exposure to LEAN manufacturing procedures.

 

The position is located in the Lehigh Valley area of eastern Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton) within commuting distance of Western NJ, the Pocono regions and nearby Bucks and Berks counties.
