We’re looking for an upbeat Literature & Product Fulfillment Coordinator to deliver a high level of service to Gaco Western’s customers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Deliver a high level of service to Gaco Western’s customers Work effectively and efficiently to resolve customer issues Responsible for  processing  fulfillment requests of samples and literature requests for GacoFlex, Gaco Retail and GacoWallFoam  Package and labels samples  Manage and maintain adequate inventory levels for Gaco Flex, Gaco Retail, Gaco WallFoam, and Gaco International sample products and literature Order all printing supplies Update price lists, Specs, and PDS documents Manage archives of Gaco collateral Process and disburse Sales Representatives Sales kits as directed Produce all label requests upon request Responsible for operating all literature room equipment. i.e., postage and photocopier Back-up to front desk receptionist Organize and maintain all required paperwork, records and documentation Provides suggestions for improvement of departmental processes Maintains current equipment and oversees improvements for future equipment needs Maintains professional demeanor during all interactions with customers Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

A minimum of two to three years of customer service experience required.  Associates Degree or certificate program preferred.  Strong office tool skills, including MS Office suite. Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision. Must possess superior customer service skills.  Exceptional organizational skills and attention detail is required.  Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.  Must posses a positive attitude and be a team player.  Must be able to work overtime if needed.
