POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure a safe and efficient operation in the area assigned. Assure compliance to product specifications and quality requirements. Must inspire others through motivation and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Work Experience:
A minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing environment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Ensure all employees are in assigned area are working in a safe environment.
Monitor and lead employees to ensure proper policy and procedures are being followed.
Recommends measures to improve performance and quality.
Identify, reduce and explain any operational concerns.
Ensures that required materials are available to meet production needs and that materials meet quality requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work Overtime. Long days and weekends.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Must be Computer Literate.
