Seasonal Production Associates
We are currently seeking creative and artistic people to work as Seasonal Production Associates in our Louisville, Kentucky facility. If you are a team player and enjoy working with your hands, this is the place for you! We take pride in creating custom printed products for our customers. CafePress seeks hard working individuals who enjoy a fast paced work environment. As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be responsible for producing a variety of custom printed apparel and household items. The ideal CafePress candidate is able to follow directions and is a punctual person with a great attendance record. Every employee is a vital member of our team!
General Duties Include:
Achieve production and quality goals as instructed and trained in each work cell. Follow instructions and directions from team lead. Maintain a steady pace to achieve productivity in the work cell; keeps area organized and clean. Work as a team player to accomplish daily goals. Follow and understand company policies and procedures, including safety regulations set by the company. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle up to 30 lbs, with reasonable accommodation. Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities, including constant and repetitive motion. Required to pass a drug screen and background check, specifically: Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, SSN Trace, Criminal Background Check One year of related experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
Shifts:
Seeking flexible individuals with the ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts, up to seven days a week. Shifts are subject to change as the volume of orders dictates. As a result, extensive and mandatory overtime is required. First, second and weekend shifts available. Temp to hire.
