Licensing Assistant

Musts:

·        Must have HS Diploma or equivalent

·        Very good Attention to Detail

·        Ability to work with minimal supervision

·        Good computer skills



 Area of Responsibility:

 

-Implement and maintain customer license database for approximately 1500 licenses.

-Update computer information with customer updates, approximately 100 updates a month.

-Verify customer licensing prior to transfer of licensed material.

-Make required export shipment notifications

-Maintain communication with regulatory agencies to obtain verbal license approvals

-Generate required regulatory reports for General/Exempt Licensees.

-Establish and implement document control system for QA program.

-Assure implementation of company training requirements.

-Establish and maintain Document Control intranet

-Provide administrative support to department.

-Provide customer assistance on required documentation.

-Set up and maintain appropriate filing system for departmental documentation including archiving of records

-Other related duties as assigned.
