Maintain accurate daily production schedule 2. Plan production equipment to achieve optimal equipment efficiency rate. 3. Schedule labor to achieve direct labor rate/hour goal, minimizing premium time. 4. Implement correct equipment to meet quality requirements for specific jobs, i.e. double detectors. 5. Positive performance to flex budget. Managing the daily production staffing and coordinating process flow from vendors. 1. Achieve daily production rates and efficiencies. 2. Methods/systems in place that are in conjunction with project requirements. 3. Turnaround time that exceeds industry standards. Equipment and systems maintenance development 1. Develop and maintain skilled technicians and mechanics 2. Implement training and development programs Manage the quality systems for the production groups 1. Maintain a safer working environment for all production staff members. 2. Consistent application of policy and procedure. 3. Obtain and maintain ISO 9001 certification 4. Rapid response to all customer complaints and inquiries. 5. Superior Lettershop services Manages own self development Additional responsibilities 1. Responsible for coordination of all Lettershop manufacturing operations, fulfillment, insertion, and bindery. 2. Contact with all levels of manufacturing from materials, through production to mailing. Close communication with other operations to maintain daily efficiency and throughput goals. 3.
