Lead Production Supervisor - Extrusion Blow Molding
Nursery Supplies Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic containers for the horticultural industry has an opening for a hands-on Lead Production Supervisor for its Chambersburg PA operation. This position reports to the Production Manager and will be respoonsible for a 3-shift extrusion blow molding operation. Responsibilities includ safety, quality, productivity, process improvement, and employee training and development. Qualified candidates will have hands-on extrusion blow molding experience and must be capable of making process and profile adjustments, posses trouble-shooting skills and have a proven track record of improving the technical skills of the production team.Â
