Mori Seiki produces extremely reliable machine tools, peripherals and systems, and since the company’s founding in 1948, has developed more than 100 models of CNC lathes and more than 40 models of machining centers. To date, Mori Seiki has delivered over 160,000 machines worldwide.

Mori Seiki’s US headquarters is in Rolling Meadows, IL (northwest suburban Chicago) with technical centers on Boston, Cincinnati, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angles and New Jersey. International headquarters is located in Nagoya City, Japan with manufacturing plants in Iga, Nara and Chiba, Japan and a total of 72 offices worldwide. This individual will conduct research and provide legal opinions in the areas of Export Control; review all contracts, leases, agreements, etc. provide support for Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina as needed; review English language contracts for European and Asian business units; research on HR legal matters; and provide assistance to in-house legal staff.

This individual must have completed law school and have successfully completed the bar exam.
