Laser Technicians
Come grow with Spectra-Physics, the foremost supplier of laser technology, now a division of Newport Corporation. We have exciting opportunities for individuals who want to establish their career in the laser industry. We have an immediate need for Laser Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Testing, troubleshooting, and the qualifying of the following laser systems in a fast paced, flexible production environment:
· Diode Pumped Solid State Lasers operating in Ultrafast, Q-Switched, and Infrared Visible & Ultra Violet Light Lasers
· In addition to Pulsed Yag laser products
Job Requirements:
Experience
· Associate of Science Degree in Laser Electro Optics Technology or equivalent
· Previous experience as a laser tech is preferred
· Minimum computer proficiency is required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
