Junior Test Engineer

ITT Morton Grove, a subsidiary of ITT Corporation, is a leading manufacturer of superior pumps, valves, & engineered systems sold under the Bell & Gossett, Goulds, and AC Pump brand names.  An exceptional opportunity is currently available to join our Engineering team as a Jr. Test Engineer.

 

This position is responsible for documenting new test procedures; performing tests as directed by the Research Lab Supervisor; researching and procuring materials for tests; investigating new technology to improve the test environment; and developing and implementing improvements to the lab facility and equipment.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. One year experience in mechanical design in manufacturing.  Familiar with test and measurement equipment.  Good analytical and organizational skills.  Experience working with Word & Excel required.  Must be able to interface with people at all levels of the organization.
