Junior Tax Analyst
A Leading Global Manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is searching for a Junior Tax Analyst who will be responsible for the following:
- Analyze the accounting data to support periodic SFAS109 income tax provision processes
- Prepare various consolidated and separate federal, state and local income and franchise tax returns utilizing the RIA in source tax return preparation software
- Perform monthly tax account roll forward and reconciliations
- Consolidation of various tax reporting packages received from the company’s many field divisions
- Documentation of integral internal control processes within the tax department to help ensure that SOX requirements are being addressed
- Interact with corporate, divisional and subsidiary financial personnel to obtain information for completion of tax returns, administration of tax audits and periodic tax provision computations
- Analyze and consolidate divisional and/or subsidiary data for fixed asset tax depreciation reporting
Qualified Candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
The total compensation range for is from $50,000 to $70,000 with great benefits (medical dental) and a 401k plan with match.
