Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant / Customer Service

Pasadena-based manufacturer of air conditioning diffusers and grilles is currently seeking a full time bilingual (English/Japanese) sales assistant /customer service representative. The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting U.S. distributors and customers by generating quotations, processing orders, resolving customer issues, purchasing, coordinating w/ head office in Japan, setting up booths at yearly exhibits, etc. Qualifications: • Excellent English / Japanese speaking, reading and writing skills • Must be detail-oriented, fast learner and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Friendly and pleasant attitude. Able to provide excellent customer service • Dedicated team player, multi-tasking skills • Self-motivated and eager to contribute as well as to learn • Ability to meet professional standards towards in-bound callers and co-workers • Computer literate (Proficient in MS Excel/Word) • Previous experience with Filemaker, Adobe Illustrator, HTML preferred but not a must • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
