Inventory Control Clerk

Position is responsible for issuing outbound materials to production departments while verifying correct materials/quantities are being issued.Primary Functions: Scan all outbound materials using scan gun and record exceptions on log sheet Verify throughout shift that the data from log sheet and scan guns are accurate Handle inbound UPS, DHL, FedEX shipments and forward to appropriate departments Update issued material information on spreadsheets throughout shiftQualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience with scan guns and inventory control processes Data entry experience Ability to handle stress and a fast paced environment Detail-oriented and able to multi-task is a MUST Good math skills Verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a definite plus
