*After the first year, if the employee has not earned a minimum of $65,000 total income, which includes any salary, commissions, bonuses and factory incentives, then Ewing Buick Pontiac GMC will pay the difference to the employee in the form of a bonus. Employee must have 12 months of continuous employment to qualify for the first year guarantee. To qualify for $65,000, applicant must have Internet sales or a comparative skill set to qualify. Showroom floor applicants will qualify for a comparable $45,000 guarantee.

** $6,000 guarantee is paid out at $2,000 per month for first 3 months. Showroom Floor salespeople will receive $1,500 per month minimum.
