International Manufacturing Engineer

INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Responsibilities include interfacing with project managers in Chinese subcontract companies to obtain initial RFQs' for sourcing subcontracting projects. Will analyze BOM costs to determine feasibility of project and develop time tables for projects and solve problems in documentation, communication and procedural processes. Qualified Candidates will have: * BSEE Degree (transcripts required) * Ability to communicate effectively with Quality Assurance, Sustaining Engineering, Purchasing, and Product Development departments * Experience working with mechanical or electronic assembly processes, and product manufacturing processes * Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal), English and Mandarin * Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate * Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment * Some travel required As an industry leader, Extron Electronics is committed to maintaining the outstanding level of quality services our customers expect.
