We are currently seeking an experienced Installation Manager West at our Phoenix, AZ location.As the Installation Manager West you will: Manage the installation business for the Phoenix, AZ area. Directly supervise installation technicians and related office personnel. Build customer loyalty through value added services and customer retention. Use in-depth knowledge of competitors' and customers' operations/best practices to demonstrate the added value of IR's service offerings. Identify new service opportunities and effectively acts upon or communicates to the appropriate individuals for follow-up. Ensure proper financial mnagement including profit and loss responsibility. Maintain a strong understanding of the branch financial model and utilize the model to manage the Installation Department to the AOP Gross Profit target. Manage installation business to ensure AOP targets are achieved. Manage, develop and lead Installation staff to facilitate an environment where employees are empowered and willing to initiate process improvements within branch operations. Ensure completion of necessary documents and electronic communication in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner for timely invoicing requirements and accurate time cards. Hire, develop, and motivate a competent installation staff. Drive a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications: 10+ years in the refrigeration industry. Experience with managing installation technicians (local & remote). A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint a must. The ability to travel approximately 25% of the time. High school diploma.
