Installation Coordination Manager
Leedo Cabinetry, a leader in the manufacture and installation of cabinetry and countertops in the single family and multi-family markets, has an opening on our Raleigh. NC based Operations team for an Installation Coordination Manager.
Job Description:
The Installation Coordination Manager will be responsible for the certification and training of our existing installer base, recruiting and training of new installers, performing regular performance audits of all installers and completing start of job enrollment paperwork as required. This position will require frequent travel. The Installation Coordination Manager will be a part of the Installer Development Group and will report to the Director of Installer Development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Certify existing installer baseDevelop training curriculum for new and existing installersTrain new and existing installersReview pending job list to recruit new installers for upcoming jobsPerform regular performance audits of installersWork closely with the Installation Program Manager and other Operations team members to develop and maintain processes and procedures relating to installer recruitingComplete job enrollment paperwork for installers as required
Minimum Requirements:3 years experience installing or dealing with installers on cabinet and countertop installations including:
§ Cabinet and countertop installation, repair and punch techniques and procedures
§ Jobsite management, scheduling and trade sequence and installation crew management relating to cabinetry
§ Shop drawings, cut sheets and measuring of units for cabinets and countertops
§ Unloading and distribution processes
Abilities:Detail oriented and organizedMicrosoft Word and Excel (Powerpoint would be a plus)Communication of instruction and ideas to installers and othersMust be BilingualSelf starter who is motivated and able to work with a team to reach common goals
