We are currently seeking to fill the position of an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, located in Santa Fe Springs Ca.

The essential duties of this position would be to provide quality and efficient customer service by providing daily supervision to a team of Customer Service Representatives.

 

Specific Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Assist the Customer Service Manager with development, analysis and implementation of staffing, training and scheduling.Personally be responsible for handling customer accounts.Ensure accurate processing of customer inquiries, orders, shipments, releases, metal transfers, pool purchases and revisions as requested by customers. Ensuring by facilitating production schedules are met in order to meet customer satisfaction, sales and corporate goals.Assist in conducting yearly customer satisfaction surveys. Maintains accurate records of all active accounts.Performs other duties as required.

 

Experience & Education:College Degree in related discipline preferred.Two years of experience in a lead position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Proficiency of SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities.Must be available for occasional travelAbility to work independently and in a team-environment.
