Inside Sales Associate

Timberlane, Inc., the leading manufacturer of custom exterior shutters is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic consultative sales team.

This position will prospect leads to generate a new customer base while also servicing existing customers by providing knowledgeable solutions for shutter and hardware recommendations.  Extensive inbound/outbound telephone activity is essential to attain sales and service goals. 

Position requirements include:

-        Maintaining positive client relations. 

-        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

-        Demonstrated ability to listen and converse with a wide range of customer styles and personalities.

-        CRM database experience.

Qualifications include: 

-        Proficient computer skills.

-        Ability to multi task in managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

-        Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail skills.

-        Ability to work both independently and in a team environment within company sales guidelines.
