Injection Molding Maintenance Supervisor

Hands-on, take charge supervisor to lead the daily operations of Maintenance Department of an Injection Molding Company possessing large machines and auxiliary robots. 

 

Multiple years of experience in injection Molding industry are required.  The candidate must be able to analyze, troubleshoot, oversee, manage and correct machinery/equipment-robot maintenance and repair problems.

 

Job duties include: Responsible for implementing Preventative Maintenance program.  Must be able to prioritize, coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance projects.  Will be responsible for training and supervising maintenance personnel.  High School or Technical School diploma required. Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration and electronic equipment, circuits and controls as pertaining to an injection molding facility required.  Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding machines, screws, barrels, robotics and auxiliary equipment required.  Good communication skills required.
