Information Systems Process Analyst

Job Description:JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Designing Business Process and enabling process with Oracle applications supporting Information Services related activities. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Responsible for defining business needs for transactional and analytical information processing, prioritizing, and fulfilling the needs through implementation of information management processes and technical infrastructure.2.Map business requirements into integrated system to determine detailed design of package and non-package system solutions.3.Make decisions on script configuration as the basis for end-user documentation and training materials.4.Perform unit, systems, and integration testing.5.Determine integrated system design of the required business scenarios.6.Identify end user training participates and then conduct training and or train the trainer sessions on processes developed.7.Work with other process teams to facilitate project progress and ensure proper integration.8.Ensure data quality in design and conversion efforts.9.Ensure input and review by process owner of new design.10.Additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the Manager of Oracle Development or Manager of Technology and Enterprise Architecture. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:Essential Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Experience working in a team environment. Ability to communicate with all members of an organization with the ability to drive change and create action through clear verbal and written communication. Proficient with Microsoft Office and, Windows XP. Good organizational and planning skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from Management. Ability to travel 50% of the time. Ability to relocate after bt2 principle project phase is completed. PRINCIPLE PROJECT PHASES:The Principle Project Phases represent a high level outline that the project will be following: Detailed Design, Test and Pilot roll-outTakes the global design and refines it in greater detail and fits it into the Oracle software. The team must also set up the software, develop any software enhancements to bridge gaps, and determine test plans. Finally there will be pilots at BCG facilities where the data is converted and we operate with the new software and processes. Individuals involved with this phase will become process/knowledge leaders for roll out phase.
