The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with industrial machines and equipment.The right individual will have experience dealing with silos, glass pits, and glass furnaces, stick welding and metal fabrication.Rotating Shift- the plant runs 365 days a year. 1st shift 8am-4pm 2nd shift 4pm-12am .30 cent shift differential 3rd shift 12am-8am .35 cent shift differential 5 days on 2 days off
