Volt has a talented and upbeat staffing team focused on the quality of your career.Responsibilities: Providing maintenance and electrical troubleshooting of AC/DC motor drives and PLC's. Will work a 4 month to hire contract with Volt. If the candidate is successful, they will convert to this client's payroll and then join their union. This position offers a highly competitive starting salary. Volt offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, paid holidays, vacation and a flexible dependent care spending account.Requirements: Able to perform PLC programming and diagnostics on G.E. Fanuc, and Siemens PLCs. (CNC machines, Milling machines Troubleshoot electrical equipment Work safely with 480 VAC, 277 VAC, 110 VAC, Low DC, 3 phase, Delta 120/240 Control voltages/currents Switching devices, motors, drives, encoders Read blue prints/schematics Troubleshoot motors Ability to work one swing shift on nights of 7pm-7am.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and dedicated to fostering diversity in the workplace.
