Â Receive and verify all incoming shipment advices from foreign suppliers and/or consolidators for accuracy and enter information into logistics system Verify and process documents for timely delivery to Customs broker Follow up daily with broker on Customs entries and releases Monitor and communicate details relating to the movement of all ocean and air freight from docks and airport to distribution centers Interact withÂ agent, suppliers, consolidators, brokers, transportation companies and warehouse staff AssistÂ in preparingÂ payments to vendors (letters of credit and wire transfers) ReviewÂ and confirm charges on freight and clearing house bills

Qualifications/Education:
