Experienced IT Support Technician
Specialty Manufacturing, Inc., (A Tier One OEM supplier) located in Pineville, NC is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician with minimum 3 years IT support experience in PC’s (hardware, software, set-ups, e-mail, networks), system administration (ERP system) phone systems, and printers. Prior experience with SYTELINE will be given top consideration.
Summary of Position
Support and oversight for all PC’s, Printers, Phones, and E-Mail administration. System Administration for SyteLine ERP application.

Responsibilities Include:
 PC / User Interface: new set-ups, hardware monitoring. SyteLine Administration and oversight. Includes working with External Network Consultant to keep SMI system running efficiently. Phones & E-mail Administration: New account set-up and resolution of issues. Other tasks as assigned.
Must have excellent experience with current software packages, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have 3-5 years of work experience in a manufacturing or network environment with 30 to 50 users. Associates Degree in related discipline or Network Certification preferred.
