Human Resources - Recruiter

Will assist with distribution of written and verbal information Input information in database Make complex travel arrangements Coordination and scheduling of all company related travel arrangements including negotiating best rates with vendors, arranging rental cars, setting up direct billing, and ensuring that expenses are charged to correct department. Assist with arrangement of travel/cash advances when appropriate. Assist with completion of employee expense reports Ability to keep confidential information (position in HR department) Will assist with human resources staff on various assignments and projects as needed. Objective The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, researching, interviewing, screening and referring job candidates. 1. Confer w/management & supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications & skills 2. Write, review & edit job descriptions 3. Develop recruitment programs, budgets & collateral to attract applicants & fill job openings 4. Develop & maintain network of contacts to help identify & source candidates 5. Initiate contact w/candidates for job openings 6. Review applications & interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills & salary requirements 7. Screen & refer candidates for additional interviews 8. Coordinate participation in, set up & work at job fairs 9. Develop & maintain contacts w/schools, alumni groups & other public organizations to & attract candidates 10. Work w/employment agencies to identify & recruit candidates 11. Provide information on company facilities & job opportunities to applicants 12. Perform reference checks 13. Utilize online recruiting source's to identify & recruit candidates Skills & Knowledge · Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions · Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level · Ability to travel as required · Proficient of Microsoft Office programs · Must be Internet savvy and experienced in data mining.
