Position Summary: Preparing and processing a weekly production payroll and semi-monthly non-production multi-state payroll using ADP EV3 application for 1500 employees. Perform a variety of payroll functions which includes maintaining and accurately processing employee changes, setting up direct deposits, processing special payments such as restricted stock options, and performance award dividends. Successful candidate must demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations and have a comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems. Customer service oriented, able to multi-task and interact in a professional manner with various functions and levels within Clorox to meet business needs. Must be able to work with minimal supervision while preserving the strict confidentiality of all data. This position reports to the HR Operations Supervisor. Typically requires a minimum of four years of related experience.

Required Qualifications:

*  Associate Degree

*  Minimum of 4 years payroll processing experience

*  Candidate must possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

*  Candidate must be proficient in excel and word.

*  Desirable candidate must be able to work in fast paced, ever changing environment and be able to multi-task on daily basis with minimal supervision.

*  General understanding of payroll accounting would be a plus.

*  Candidate must demonstrate strong attention to details, must be self motivated, be team oriented, and customer service driven. *  Knowledge of: Microsoft Excel and Word, Lotus Notes, ReportSmith.

Desired Qualifications:

*  ADP or PeopleSoft Experience *  SAP HR Systems experience
