Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator

Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum USA Inc. in Export, PA has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll/HR Coordinator.  Qualified candidates must possess 3-5 years Payroll/HR experience and an Associates Degree in business, Human Resources or equivalent experience. ADP knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel are a must. Experience with Reporstmith, HR Profile, SAP, & Knowledge Point is a plus. Qualified individuals must be extremely flexible, able to multi-task, detail oriented, dependable, have solid business math skills, and people oriented with excellent communication skills both oral and written.

 

Current responsibilities include:

 

·Manage the ADP system, coordinate and process payroll & employee benefits, answer employe questions and provide administrative support to the Manager of Human Resources, including database maintenance, etc.Ensure the biweekly payroll is timely and accurate for all employees.Ensure timely filing and payment of all payroll taxes and withholdings.Reconcile payroll General Ledger, benefit and payroll bills and purchasing cards. Maintain and update the ADP system, process personnel changes, and provide HR Reports to track various statistical data.  (e.g. database attendance, sick, turnover, etc.)Process salary increases and track to ensure timely completion of all performance reviews and salary increases.Update HR information into the SAP database.  Coordinate communications with suppliers of employee benefit plans and policies.  Assist employees and management regarding benefit and policy questions.Post ads for recruiting and manage resume submittalsPrepare and perform new hire orientationsPrepare termination paperwork Update organizational charts.Training database maintenance and audit the databaseProcess all Unemployment Compensation paperwork and employment verifications.Clerical support as required, e.g., filing, coordinate interviews, AA/EEO compliance logs, etc.
