RTP Company is a specialty compounder with corporate headquarters located in Winona, MN.  We operate eight production plants in the United States, Europe and Asia and have sales offices in major commerce centers around the world.  









We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager – Recruitment & Administration at our Winona, MN facility.  This position necessitates a strong attention to detail and understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to “think outside the box”.

 

Essential Duties: Manage the global recruiting function, including internal and external job postings and placements.  Act as a liaison with RTP’s Human Resources counterparts in Europe and Asia regarding international hires. Support recruiting activities for all functional areas and all levels within the company, including non-exempt, exempt, and Commercial Sales positions. Utilize recruitment methods such as retained and contingency agencies, executive researchers, referrals, and internet search. Track applicant flow data and prepare EEO-1 and VETS-100 reports for several domestic facilities. Partner with legal counsel to prepare Affirmative Action Plans.  Provide training on annual goals and results. Conduct new hire orientations, including assimilation training and benefits administration. Assist with managing employee-relations activities on a daily basis. Assist with Human Resources policy and project development. Manage several Human Resources Department team members. Provide assistance to expatriate employees regarding tax filings and employment needs. Provide an extreme level of professionalism and confidentiality to internal and external customers. Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of solid Human Resources experience, with a focus in staffing, is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Must be capable of multi-tasking and working independently. Must be well organized and have a strong attention to detail. Prior experience working in a fast paced environment handling multiple assignments simultaneously is required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy, tact, and confidentiality when dealing with customers (internal and external).
