The role also provides leadership and support to the CMEP Plant Operating Team to drive HR functional excellence throughout the organization.Responsibilities include:* Support management and employees on all HR related matters to ensure consistent application of HR strategies and policies.* Coordinate training, implementation and development of HR policies/processes.* Manage compensation and benefits processes/programs* Evaluate staffing requirements and coordinate recruiting activities as required* Promote Diversity Initiatives* Lead Labor Relations initiatives aimed at creating the right environment* Promote, train, and manage an effective performance management process ......
