Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Internship will provide student with hands-on experience on: Recruitment Process Website Searches Database Administration Interview Process Coordination New Hire Process New Hire Packets Benefits Open Enrollment Compensation Wage Surveys Employee Records Retention Training Other HR activities as needed EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Senior student in good standings, working towards BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Clerical experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.SKILLS/ABILITIES: MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), minimally at an intermediate level. Clerical experience.
