 Human Resources Generalist

The position will be responsible for Human Resources duties including employee relations, insurance administration, HRIS, leave administration, requisition processes, policy development and administration, orientations, training and recruiting.

 You provide:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) and 2 to 7 years experience in the Human Resources field.  The incumbent will be proficient in Word, Excel and Power point along with ERP/HR management software.  Experience with SAP and ADP preferred.  Strong communication skills and employee relations are a must.
