Coordinate and administer all HR services, policies, and programs Assist in the recruitment process, recognition programs and retention plan concentrating on Manufacturing and R&D. Support Manufacturing & R&D management in completing the annual performance evaluation and goal setting process, training and career development plans, and hourly wage programs. Maintain compliance in all HR matters including, benefit administration, policy implementation and legal affairs. Manage the HR strategy that supports and maintains a union free facility. Counsel and coach managers and employees to promote a people-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment. Manage the employee safety program in regards to worker’s compensation, and be an active participant on the Safety Committee. Manage the Training Plans and budgets for Manufacturing and R&D, for both salary and hourly employees.   Ensure compliance of the HR role for Manufacturing and R&D. Manage the annual HR MP and strategic planning processes for Manufacturing  Identify and introduce best practices throughout the business and align people, processes and systems to most effectively achieve business objectives. Facilitate teamwork and communications within the HR Team and the organization.   Represent the company when dealing with stakeholders Ensure full compliance with all corporate policies. Must have Requirements: BS Degree Experience in a Manufacturing environment 5+ years HR generalist experience     MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
