HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER-IOWA  

LETICA CORPORATION, a manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Muscatine, IA.

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Payroll processing Pre screening and hiring of hourly employees Attendance policy and workers compensation administration Internal investigations-WC, sexual harassment, discrimination etc. Employee counseling/warnings All other related Human Resource functions

 

Requirements:Minimum two years experience in the Human Resource Generalist capacity Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar industry
