Human Resource Director
Our client is a dynamic manufacturing company in need of a Human Resource Director. They are in need of a candidate who is accountable for the HR direction and strategic alignment of multiple business units. This director will hire, reward, strategize compensation packages, develop performance and appraisal systems, and handle all affirmative action and employee relations. The candidate will need to manage compensation and benefit programs to ensure equity, competitiveness, and cost effectiveness.
The HR Director must be able to handle multiple duties with changing priorities. In addition, the ideal candidate would have experience in OSHA compliance. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is required and a minimum of ten years experience.
