The ideal candidate must have 3 – 5 years human resources experience with strong organization and administrative skills. Candidate must be able to organize work and make the most efficient use of time to complete each task in the required time frame allowed. Willingness to work extended hours when necessary. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrates sensitivity to the needs of others; includes tactfulness and a helping orientation. Exemplifies and recognizes a strong need for confidentiality. Demonstrates effective skills in planning and awareness of deadlines.
