Help Desk Technician II

SUMMARY OF POSITION: this position is responsible for handling all issues that are called and emailed to our IS Helpdesk. The position requires expert knowledge of IS Hardware and intermediate knowledge of software to perform the required duties for Level 1 and 2 support. Support must also be concluded in a timely and efficient matter. These task should be done in the safest and most efficient manner possible. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Must observe all safety precautions and regulations at all times in all areas where duties are performed.
