Your Ingenuity is welcome!RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: This position is responsible for providing detailed technical and training support for co-workers, and branches/distributor for support of customers.    PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Trains UPG customer personnel on Technical Product, Service, Warranty, and Policy issues. Manages and monitors UPG customer warranty and concessionary expenses as a percentage of equipment sales while developing programs to continually reduce these expenses. Acts as liaison between Factory Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Engineering team members in resolving field product issues and coordinating field test programs of product and components on related national customer issues. Resolves customer complaints in a timely, effective manner. Provides telephone and job site technical support to customer for resolution of UPG product issues. Other duties may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written and verbal skills. Computer literate in software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AS400. Minimum five years product service experience. Two-year technical degree or equivalent training background.
