Our Display Technologies Division, a worldwide leader in glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (LCDs), has an opportunity within this key engineering organization supporting worldwide expansion projects for the manufacturing of glass products in a precision environment.

 

Responsibilities include:

*  Provide engineering and technical support services for advanced manufacturing

  environments

*  Contributor of advanced technology in precision HVAC equipment

*  Interface with site engineering, supervision, and process personnel

*  Manage external suppliers of enclosure related equipment

*  Support and provide ownership of enclosures as a process tool

*  Participate in existing facility modification as well as new facility design to ensure design

  meets the goals of the process requirements

*  Maintain documentation integrity for all systems of responsibility

*  Manage outside vendors as necessary for enclosure retrofitting and construction

*  Worldwide CDT expansion projects in Harrodsburg KY, Japan, Taiwan & Korea

 

Required to sign a Covenant Not to Compete

 

Qualifications:

*  BS/MS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

*  3-5 years of HVAC Design in a manufacturing environment

 

Required Skills

*  Understanding of Thermodynamics

*  HVAC Design and Best Practices

*  Cleanroom Design and Operations Understanding

*  Project Management Skills

*  Controls Experience

 

Desired Skills 

*  Auto CAD / Solid Works

*  Equipment fabrication knowledge

 

Soft Skills:

*  Communication

*  Leadership

*  Ability to work independently

 

Travel Requirements: 30-40% International
