The ideal candidate must be highly organized, a self starter who is exceptional at the art of multi-tasking. This position will require an Associates' degree in Human Resources with 1-4 years experience or other related degree with 5-10 years of experience. Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, payroll, administration of established policies and procedures.
