HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

 Solar Innovations, a growth-oriented, fast-paced sunroom, greenhouse, skylight, and specialty window and door manufacturer,  is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our Team. 

 

Job responsibilities will include the performance of  all Human Resource functions including but not limited to recruitment, employee orientations, personnel records, benefits administration, payroll processing, company compliance, D.O.T. compliance and special projects. 

 

Requirements: At least 1-2 years experience in the Human Resources field is preferred or a 2 or 4 year degree in the discipline.  An understanding of HRIS systems and moderate to high level of computer literacy is a plus.
