HR Supervisor
Human Resources Supervisor
We are seeking a professional, experienced Human Resources Supervisor with a strong generalist background that includes planning, organizing, and managing of policies, practices and procedures related to all aspects of the Human Resources function, including staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee learning and development, safety, workers compensation, recognition programs, and community relations at Harry’s Fresh Foods Plant in Portland, Oregon.
Successful applicant will partner with plant management to develop employee capabilities and improve the performance of the operation by helping facilitate the implementation of key HR initiatives while utilizing a progressive and creative approach. Qualifications include a four year degree in HR or a related field with 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and/or combination of both. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
