Gerdau is seeking an accomplished SAP HR-HCM Business Analyst Developer with strong configuration skills to join the team in Tampa, FL.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Supports, maintains and troubleshoots SAP HR OMPA, SP, E-Learning, PM, TECreates (End to End) business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, use cases and training materialsDefines and documents business requirements for approvalPrepares and executes application and functional testing scenarios and program specifications pertaining to SAP HR areaDevelops and delivers documentation, due to corrections, changes or upgrades to the system



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or business-related functional disciplineMinimum 3 years experience in IT systems analysis or professional consulting equivalence Knowledge of SAP HR configuration in 4.6 or above preferred ERP Central 5.0Knowledge of SAP best practicesSpecific skills include, but are not limited to:  Strong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP Modules OM, and PACareer and Succession PlanningE-LearningPerformance ManagementTraining and Even ManagementExcellent hands-on knowledge of SAP IMG and configuration tasksExperience in implementing SAP customizations; strong understanding of HCM business processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to conduct user trainingTeam player with the ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
