Edstrom, a growing manufacturer located in Waterford, WI, is known nationally and internationally as the maker of the finest Automated Animal Watering, Vivarium Management and Monitoring and Water Treatment and Purification Systems in the industry.

As Help Desk Coordinator, you will provide internal customer support of desktop activities, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to internal systems and programs, research and buy equipment and peripherals, train new employees on basic computer network, support all electronic equipment and peripherals, start-up new hardware and software, and work closely with internal customers, participating in training and change management.Â
Â
The qualified candidate will must be able to handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with a proven ability to logically troubleshoot, effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks and possess a customer-friendly attitude. 2-5 years of Help Desk experience and working knowledge of Novell, MS Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, Wireless and peripherals required. Knowledge of Oracle in a hosted environment a plus.
