Group Leader, Senior The Group Leader, Senior is accountable for the management, implementation and control of activities and projects necessary to aid and assist technical solutions for all company operations in the areas new business systems and business processes. This position often has a broad scope of responsibility or manages a complex function. A Group Leader, Senior receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. This position will provide functional leadership that fosters an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork among the Company's various business functions. A Group Leader, Senior will coordinate activities between outside consultants, corporate systems professionals and business functional representatives, and corporate senior management. A Group Leader, Senior will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Bachelor's Degree; or 9 years of IT experience At least 7 years of IT experience Up to 25% Travel Knowledge of financial business processes for loans and leases Desired Skills: Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which support our company's values, and a healthy, high performance culture Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or Business preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) Sound judgment and reasoning skills Experienced in project management and business analysis Strong analytical and problem solving skills Broad knowledge and expertise across major business systems and business process Consistently generates appropriate, timely and clear communications Prepares and presents factual and information and technically oriented proposals  Able to translate complex information into common terms Capable of leading large, diverse groups through significant and challenging issues, including budgetary controls Demonstrates strong time management, organizational and administrative skills Demonstrated influential leadership skills at the business unit level Demonstrate clear ability to communicate with, motivate, and gain confidence of subordinates Progressively responsible experience leading projects or a team Capable of taking on additional responsibilities with the potential to progress into higher-level leadership positions Seeks new ideas and approaches and can be relied onto make sound and strategic decisions with confidence Able to prioritize objectives, set personal goals and complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining focus between tasks Has an understanding of global impact on applications Able to balance workflow and delegate tasks for maximum effectiveness Experience in developing individual and team goals and establishing methods for attainment of goals Visit us at www.Navistar.com to discover more about our organization.   Powering Ingenuity.
