We are seeking a Group Controller with a successful track record of accomplishments who is capable of dealing with complex global accounting and financial issues.Position Responsibilities Manages all Group financial functions, including general accounting, cost accounting, internal reporting and controls, planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. Directs the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets and cash flow projections. Implements and maintains standard cost systems and assists Plant management to identify and improve variances. Monitors and analyzes the group’s financial condition and performance and works closely with all levels of management to ensure continuous financial improvement. Coordinates transfer pricing policy with foreign subsidiaries/Corporate Office. Analyzes new business opportunities and major projects by assessing financial risk/return.Qualifications and requirements Four year accounting degree and CPA required. Minimum five years experience in public accounting at divisional/group level. Demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis, cost accounting, USGAAP. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and Business Intelligence software (such as GlobalSoft, Cognos or Qlikview). Also, ERP software knowledge such as BPCS, JD Edwards, and Mapic is a plus. Strong work ethic with a commitment to personal and professional growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a good listener and have the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of management. Some foreign travel is required.
