Job Description Global Inside Sales Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, lead and execute call center operations models. Drive process improvements and efficiency throughout organization. Integrate best in class technology and practices to support all customer interactions where required. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with other departments within Process Systems. Resolve questions and issues with customer activity Ensure Corporate Approval Matrix is followed Ensure Terms and Conditions are resolved in a timely manner. Compiles, analyzes and presents sales statistics and metrics Build out CRM processes and usage and drive other systems and reporting changes to adhere to the changing business environment Help Maintain and Drive Customer Allegiance  Supervisory Responsibility: Drive Thermo Fisher performance and corporate values. Develop and effectively communicate the group’s mission and strategy. Coach and mentor employees as required to meet performance objectives Define job specific competencies and requirements Effectively hire and retain high performers Support continuous improvement and employee development Travel·  ~20% Domestic and International Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Master’s Degree in Business or related field is a plus. Experience/Skills: Five (5) years experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Operations in a Manufacturing Environment Three (3) years management experience Experience with multiple channels to market Strong SAP knowledge Experience with Salesforce.com desired Resource Management Negotiation Skills Proficient level Microsoft Office Skills Language Skills:·  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical Skills:·  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsReasoning Ability:·  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
