Our client is a busy manufacturing company located in Humble.  We are assisting them in their search for an experienced General Office Assistant.  This person will primarily answer phones, do filing of office documents and some recording some light accounts payable and receivable.  Here is a snapshot of their ideal candidate:Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable Ability to file alphabetically and numerically Great phone etiquette Highly organized and dependable Self-starter who can work with little or no supervision Ability to juggle several priorities at once
